Not getting what you order

on the 25/01/2016 my family and I went out for supper to Adega trade route Mall Lenasia. upon entering we noticed no- one was seated. place was empty. should have seen it as a sign as NOT TO EAT THERE.. but we sat down non the less. we order the meal for 3.. a full chicken, 1kg QUEEN prawns,a portion of calamari and fish.. we asked to substitute the fish for extra prawns which they agreed. food came.. we got a portion of starter calamarie, you got count it, we got PRINCE prawns not Queen , they were soooo small.. and best for last s****s of left over chicken. 1 thigh, broken pieces of bone with no chicken attached and pieces that you could not identify with a chicken.. to TOP it of .. TIME TO PAY THE BILL...My hubby was asked to go to the counter as they could not print out the bill so he has to view it on the screen.. patatic.. oh and lets not forget.. they had no wet wipes .. out of stock they say.. so you cannot wipe your fingers unless you went to the bathroom..
