Non existent customer service

Lamentable, pathetic, paltry, non- existent are words that don’t do justice to the level of customer service that your branch in Eldo Square provides (Adega Express). I was told, by both the manager and the franchise owner (who’s name is Masood ********** 379) that a misadvertisment between UberEATS and the Adega is not their problem to deal with and that I, as the customer who ordered what was advertised, must resolve it with UberEATS. Is this the type of customer service and customer experience that you want your brand to be associated with???!!! I am both shocked and appalled by the lack of customer service s****s that your employees possess (even at franchise owner level).
