Horrible service and mall reeking of urine

Adega express rivonia central mall - I bought food from this establishment and I was appalled with where it is situated and service. I did a pick up and called to let them know the time I will pick up. When I got the the mall it was reeking with urine. When I got to the restaurant my food was not done. I had to wait for over an hour for the food to be prepared. The server at the till paid more attention and focus to her boss who demanded this and that in terms of food instead of paying clients. I called her out on this and told her I don't care what her boss wants, I am a paying client and ordered the food a while back but here I was made to wait. When the food was ready boss lady opened the food and exclaimed the chicken was too much and are they sure its one chicken. Really? After making me wait for over an hour you are going to be asking about if its one chicken? Don't you know your chicken sizes? Anyway got my food, made it a point not to touch anything around as I was walking out as its in a filthy and smelly building. I only drew breath when I got to my car. Made a point to disinfect my hands in car and rinse my hands a number of times when I got home. To add insult to injury when I opened the chips, they were brown as if they were cooked days before and only reheated for me. That was the last time I ever bought food here and never again!
