Horrible Birthday

Good Day... what a horrible birthday we had at your restaurant last night (29/06/2015). I'm sure the manager and staff that were on duty will all remember this.Firstly we asked the waiter to do split billing and he agreed, he started taking down peoples orders under different table numbers, then we got the bill and it was not split, it was one bill. And a very nice bill, trust me. We were over 15 people so our bill was well over R1200, now for people to spend that kind of money on a Monday night and get the service we did is actually sad. Now let me start with the food. Under done steak was given after asking for it to be well done, and to top it off it was served with cold chips.Pasta orders was wrong, with different types of pasta being served to what was actually ordered.This was just a bad taste left in my whole family's mouth. Trust me, we are a family that loves eating out together and this is not our first time at your establishment... But next time it won't hurt to go right next door to the Cattle Baron... I must say the two managers that were there are really unprofessional, they dressed as if they come from a sweaty gym session and then they still talk as if we friends.
