Highly disappointed and irate customer

am so disappointing at the service i got from Nomsa Dube adega woodmead express, i called on the 20th of July at 12:00 ordering full chicken meal with rolls & told her i need them to delivery it to my work place which will take less that 10 minutes for delivery. when i called at 12:35 Nomsa Dube told me that they cant get hold of the driver and there's nothing she can do to help me, when i asked her why didn't tell me when i placed an order for delivery that they might be a delay because of the delivery guys she tells me that its not her faulty. i asked to speak to her manager she said the manager is not in when i asked when will the manager be available she said next week. i told her ill report her to hello peter she said she doesn't care because its not her faulty, she keeps asking me what am i going to do instead of coming up with a solution. Am so disgusted at her attitude and the way she doesn't take her job serious, she refuse to see her mistake even after pointing out to her she said maintained that its not her fault. She just doesn't care about clients at all
