Extremely bad service

<p>As a company we order from Adega Express Woodmead every week. The service rendered is constantly bad. Yesterday I had placed an order for myself and 10:45. I phoned the store at 12:15 to ask if the delivery guy had left. The gentleman advised me my order was not taken down. They do not apologise for inconvenience caused. Management has bad attitude. Between 11:45-12:20-their landline constantly rings. No one picks up. We would have to go to the store place the order and go back to fetch it. As we have always been supporting this branch.</p> <p> </p>
