Cold food reheated in the microwave....no bread

Ordered starters came cold, sent it back, came back so hot one couldnt eat it (microwaved), no bread or rolls to dunk, steak so tough my shoe was more tender, boiled potatoes that were fried....THE WORST PORTUGUESE FOOD I HAVE EVER EATEN. Management sent to the filling station for a loaf of brown bread...this is a Portuguese restaurant. Charged for food sent back and not eaten.....when it came to paying the bill...THE MANAGER made himself very scarce.
