BE Compelled to pay a tip / hospitality fee for below standard food and service

This restaurant is over rated, I wont even give it a one. Had supper there last night, have attached a copy of my bill. Firstly very pricey, no value for money. The chicken was not a full chicken which cut up into small pieces and was very dry, purplish blue in color, which tells you that the chicken was not freshly prepared, therefore over compensating on the sauce. Very less sides such as chips and rice, because they expect you to purchase additional at R30. NO we were not greeted in a friendly manner, NO we were not informed of the promotions, NO we were not happy with the meal, NO we were not happy with the overall service. Lastly a tip, which they refer to as a hospitality fee is compulsory which is 10%, which they do not bring to your attention when you come into the restaurant, but is in the fine print of the menu, which they expect you to read, and then as well pay this when they give you pathetic service, so expect your food as well as the service from the waiter to be poor as they know they will be tipped regardless.
