Bad Service Received and Dirty Restaurant

Started Dinner at 7Pm, Waited an hour and a half for the first plate of food to arrive, the second plate arrived 20 Minutes later. They forgot the Starch. Manager is nowhere to be found. The restaurant is also in a disgusting state, took some photos and posted them on twitter.
