Bad Service and not what we ordered

I bought a groupon Special which was 1kg prawn and 1 whole chicken for R199. I thought this was quite a bargin. You have to phone first and make a reservation as they only allow groupon specials x 10 a day. We made a reservation for the 20th @ 6:00pm. So when we arrived, the waiter took out drink orders, it took him 15min to get our Coke and Sprite order. Then he proceeded to ask for the voucher. While we waited for our food, we were told he was going to bring us the brea****ls. That never arrived. When our food finally arrived, we asked for tomato sauce and serviettes and that never arrived. The food that arrived, it was not a full chicken but 6 pieces of 2 drumsticks, 2 wings and some other pieces that was recognizable as any chicken pieces. Not once did they ask us if we wanted more to drink or if we needed anything. Once we asked for the take away box, the waiter then bought us things to clean our hands. When we complained to the manager, he just stood there with no apology of the service and food we experienced. I think its the same owner of fornos pizza and adega, both services is slow and really bad hospitality. I dont think they care, I hope the franchise will care
