Bad Service and Management.

We went out for our team lunch to Adega's in Restaurant on the 18th December 2015<br> We received the worst service ever, the waitress was very slow in bringing drinks we had to wait for almost 30 minutes to be served with drinks and then we ordered our starter meal she got one order wrong when she was told she gave us attitude and took an hour to bring the correct order. after that we had to wait hours before being checked if we needed to order our main or get more drinks. We didn't enjoy our main as we were already upset about the bad service we received we decided not to order dessert as we were going to wait another hour to be served and decided to get the bill. The bill also took 30 minutes to get to us and to our surprise a 10% tip was already added to the total. All hell broke loose when one of us complained about the service as the owner started to tell us that we had the best service in the restaurant and that waitress is the best we have and if we wanted quick service we should have gone to McDonald's. He also told us to mind what we say because he is the owner in other words we are not supposed to complain and told us we more than welcome to go to other restaurants.
