Adega Sandton City Sucks!

Hi, so I ordered prawns (Adega Express Sandton City)through Orderin. The inferior quality meal arrived, extremely dry and with no lemon butter at all. I am also very fami**** with Adega, usually ordering from them a few times a week. I then called the restaurant myself to try and rectify the issue. Some foreign Manager who has no clue about what customer service means, told me that there's nothing he can do (with attitude)! I then decided to call Orderin who eventually the next day told me that my meal will be replaced. A few hrs later, Orderin informs me that the restaurant changed their minds and are willing to send the lemon butter sauce - a whole day later, and remember, the meal has now been in the refrigerator for more than a day. R300 loss to me but both Adega and Orderin has lost a good client. Keep the money Adega, I'm sure your ***** from many other customers. Idiots!
