Adega Express Rivonia Village - Poor Service!

Went for dinner on the 28th June 2019 to Adega Express in Rivonia Village. The service was pathetic, there was only 1 waitress (keeping in mind that its month end). We waited over an hour to receive our food only to receive half of what we ordered. The people who came after us, received their food first whilst we still waited. When half the food eventually arrived, we had to wait another 30 min to get 1 roll. During this time, my niece aged 6 still did not receive her meal. Lady named Gladis from the kitchen was EXTREMELY rude and refused to give me a roll, as I stood by the counter requesting a roll, she screamed and shouted about how she is not going to give the roll before she checks the table. She insisted that she comes to the table to see whether we received our rolls. The experience at Adega in Rivonia Village was a terrible one, the service that was received was poor and sloppy! People who work with customers should really learn how to speak properly, especially when it comes to food- FOOD THAT WE ARE PAYING FOR!
