Adega express in eastgate is terrible

I called atleast 3 times just to get through to Adela express in eastgate. After so many attempts they answered but unfortunately they could hear me the signal on their side was terrible, it’s not the first time. When I placed my order i asked for my total amount and the lady couldn’t pronounce R180 instas she said R180-480
