Adega - bad experience

I had the such a terrible experience on Wednesday with Adega Rivonia branch. I bought a Hyperli voucher and went to the address, which was wrong, because they moved. The center manager sent us to another wrong address. We called the restaurant and the staff member sent us to ANOTHER wrong address. How does he not know where he works? When we finally got the the store, they said the voucher cant be redeemed on a Wednesday, which it does not specify anywhere on the voucher. It says Monday-Sunday! Absolutely ridiculous and such a waste of time. I sent a message on Facebook but no response.
