Poor HR Service

So, as we know, Atlantis Foundries, is one of the biggest and so-called best companies around... especially in Atlantis. But then their office staff, HR specifically, brings their company into disarray. For more than 3 months, my sons have been dealing with HR to sort out the provident fund payout, of their deceased father. They have been made promises to, but needless to say, all empty promises. This is where I am starting, with Hello Peter... I have made sent numerous messages to HR, but to no avail, as my sons have asked me to act on their behalf. These kids were told that they are going to be sorted before Christmas, and that they need not worry. Well... they are worrying. Lots of excuses were made, and now we find that the office staff is done working for the year, and the boys are still left with nothing, not even feedback from HR. They were told that all signatures were obtained, and would be submitted to the pension fund, but funnily enough, the boys' banking details were not requested... so... into whose banking account is the monies being paid into?🙆♀️ Again I say, Foundries is an amazing company, but the HR people, will bring this entire company into dispute because of how they treat people. Making as though they are doing people favours, when it's part of their job. Like I said... Hello Peter, is where I start.
