VERY POOR SERVICE FROM SOUTH GATE

Avoid the South gate if you can. We made an online booking for day visitors got to the gate 15 min before it should have opened. People started to arrive and ques formed the poor security guard tried to get everyone to fill in forms. 30 minutes after the gate was suppose to open the personel finally showed up with a i don not want to work today attitude. She then informed us that she won't be able the people who have an online booking or people who are paying via card because she must put on the computer first. She then proceeded to help cash paying customers first. when i evenyually made a scene to say I paid online here is my confirmation printed on their letterhead and all our details she said oh you can now go you don't need to stand here. There were so many foreigners in our que it gives such a bad reputation. Please give the job to someone who wants to be there and actually do the work.
