Worst service and follow up Ive ever come accross

I see there are some compliments here and there but mainly trash. Well think about this. Bought a "Rough tote" so named, which lost its wheels and a clip within 24 hours. I do hope my photo shows here. Look for my previous review of couple of weeks back. I am still waiting for reply.? ? ?
