Very poor product quality and NO after sales service. They are on hellopeter

I wrote this for my wife. Good day Last week I had to take the overnight bus from Pretoria to Grahamstown on the night of 26 October. Because I needed more space for packing clothes, I decided that I would buy a large storage container (instead of a suitcase) which I then could use after the trip in order to store other household items. So which make did I purchase? The best...OR perhaps which I expected to be the best. I purchased an Addis container. See the photo Addis. Nice with wheels and four “sensible clips” for keeping the container closed. Granted, at R250.00, the price was somewhat high. But I did buy the best? ?. See the photo of the slip Addis 2. I attended to the loading of my small suitcase and the Roughtote, (nice name) into the large trailer of the bus. The Roughtote was loaded in a safe corner and other suitcases were loaded around this as the loading continued. In Grahamstown, 16 hours later I again was present when my husband received the suitcase and the container (which was still safely standing in the corner of the trailer). This large container was carried to our vehicle and placed in the boot. The suitcase was placed on a back seat. At home, the container was carried into the house and once inside the house, my husband placed it on the floor in order to roll it to a safe place. To our surprise it did not want to roll and we also noticed that one “sensible clip” was missing. On inspection it is found that the clips and the manner of fastening into position, are so pathetic that it is no wonder that one clip is missing; perhaps they could all have dropped off. Once unpacked it was found that of the four wheels, only two were still more or less in position; but the axles of those wheels are missing in action. Broken off. No Wonder that two of the wheels are totally missing. Pathetic! ! I am not sure at all why I still bought this ADDIS ROUGHTOTE because there were other containers in that shop but they had obvious faults and so were NOT taken. I should have known even in the shop; that I was about to purchase *******. But again; I was buying a good brand name.? To make a longer, disappointing story shorter; I need to say that I am terribly disappointed and feel done in by this “*** in a poke” called “Addis Roughtote” which I now own. Needless to say that I will not be soon buying another Addis container; whether for freezer or any other reason at all.
