THREE PURCHASES AND ALL BAD

I went to purchase a Addis microfiber spaghetti mop at Pick n pay Greenstone, when I got home I tried to use it and ten minutes later it broke, I took it lite and went to buy another mop, same thing happened I decided to return it and they gave me another broken mop... this cant be right, ever heard of quality check? no Addis you cant do business like that.... I lost a lot of money driving to the mall and lots of time trying to get a mop and I still don't have a mop... this is unacceptable
