Excellent handling of Product Complaint

I purchased an Addis "almost indestructible" Rough Tote storage container. The lid broke when ~10kg was put on it! I emailed Addis about my experience. I got a swift response from Fern who (1) took my feedback seriously and discussed it with the Senior Engineer and gave me feedback and (2) organised for a replacement lid (thoroughly tested) to be posted to me at no charge!
