Adidas treating me like a tennis ball

I bought a pair of sneakers at adidas kollonade for 199.00 yesterday and wanted to buy more of those sneakers forthe family today and called adidas kolonnade before wasting with my petrol to check if they have stock and confirm the price, I spoke to Kole-assistant manager and he confirmed the 199 price and having enough stock then I asked him to set it aside for me as I am starting the car to buy them. When i got to the store, I was told that the price has changed and that time I had only 2 pairs at hand with the 199 price so in short, they refused to give me the ones they were goingto change their prices.i then called Rhowan who is the regional manager to complain and he told me that I cannot be buying bulk but there is no where itsays limited number per customer, he told me me that he will call me later and I spent the whole day at the store waiting for his call to resolve this amicable..as I type this story, he has not called me back as yet.I strongly believe that we people are taken for granted.I used my time,petrol and airtime to make that call so I know I will get them and this is what I get from adidas.I feel that I am treated like a tennis ball.
