Addis squeegee mop replaced

<p>We bought a Addis butterfly mop in December, as I couldn't find any of their roller mops.</p> <p>I washed my floor once and the sponge fell of the mop. I was very dissapointed as love the Addis range and never had a problem with it.</p> <p>I send an e-mail to Addis headquaters and Fern immediately responded. She was very helpful and friendly. She advised me that the Johannesburg office (where I am situated) are still closed for the festive season, but she will get some one to help me early in the new year.</p> <p>As soon as the offices opened, Celia contacted me.</p> <p>My butterfly mop was replaced by a brand new roller mop - which was delivered to me.</p> <p>Thank you Fern and Celia for your great service, it is much appreciated!</p>
