Serious Concerns About Data Security and Refund Practices

I cancelled my booking over 30 days in advance due to change of plans, which qualifies me for a free and full deposit refund. However, the establishment requested sensitive financial information including my card number, expiry date, and CVV via WhatsApp to process the refund. In an age of increasing online ****s and *****, it’s deeply concerning and unacceptable to ask for such sensitive details over an unsecured platform accessed by multiple staff members. Despite confirming my identity and providing proof of payment, they still refuse to issue the refund. This raises serious concerns about their practices and professionalism.
