Horrifying experience

Good morning Sir/Madam My husband was taken by an ambulance to Addington hospital I had to accompany him with my 11 month old daughter, firstly the ambulance dropped us there at 10pm and he was not assisted for numerous hours he was finally seen by a male Dr at 1 am he was advised to wait for his XRays which wasnt done after waiting for numerous hours my hubby he needed a bathroom and he ask nurses they just told him about what he came for and didn't bother to listen to what he was asking so he untired his drip to go to the bathroom then we were deciding to leave cause we felt no one was interested in helping him then this male Dr on duty called him to do his xrays after his x ray this male Dr told him to wait then he came back and started shouting at him infront of his staff then I came and told him not to shout then after he decided to give him his results then the fighting stopped which was unnecessary as I explained to the Dr cause my husband didn't understand why his getting treated horribly by this Dr, he even explained to Dr that he was from U.S. Dr's from U.S. dont treat patients like this,then the Dr was mad about when he explained the whole staff is full of attitude,please somebody do something about this hospital ,Dr told my hubby he had a broken rib and he had to wait for a Dr which we waited for another four hours which we decided to leave as we were leaving a security gaurd told us we cant leave he will do anything to stop us I told him will call the cops he called a whole army of security they started fighting my husband and swearing us I had my 11 month old baby on my baby on and they indangering my baby she woke up started crying cause she was traumatized as they were pushing me against the wall and my husband had a broken rib so I started screaming tell them to leave him alone,one of them were threatening to beat me up while pushing me against the wall swearing at us,please I need these security that were duty to be fired cause their action they committed assault on us I dont understand how security guards have so much power to injure a patient while his already injured and they laugh,swear and have no respect for us as patients this needs to stop and I would like to get an appology otherwise I am taking this up.
