Best Service at Addington Hospital, Durban

Public facilities are notorious for poor service, however, I have a different view subsequent to the experience I had when visiting the hospital on the 20th September. I was referred by Lancers Clinic which I visited earlier that day and only arrived at the hospital after 13h00. I felt so welcomed and important from the Security Guards to the screening team, to the clerk, nurses and the doctors. The staff is so friendly. I had to ask for directions every now and then as the hospital is too big, but none of the staff members were too busy to listen to me and give me directions. The doctor listened to me very attentively and even seek for other doctor's opinions prior to finalizing diagnosis. I was really impressed. First impressions last forever, I'm glad I had the best first time in this facility. Keep up the good work
