USELESS SERVICE

Paid up letter received from your company and ITC records is still NOT updated with all credit bureaus.(ONE YEAR LATER) I have contacted Colin Lewis who treated us as if we are *********. He got bad attitude and is not willing to assist us. We were told that ITC is not his job and he cant help if the dumb people are not doing their jobs. He want us to pay an extra R1500 after he assisted us with the paid up letter. He is a useless team manager. I want this matter sorted out asap otherwise i will take legal action.
