The worst service

I received a call offering me funeral cover for my family members at a monthly fee of R13.25 per month per member. I agreed as this deal cant be beaten.<br> A week later I received the paperwork and the paperwork read a different story, I was being charged a WEEKLY fee of R13.25 per member. <br> I called to cancel this cover as this not what I had been told it would be. I called in and was told the lady Maureen who helped me was not available. Called back 3 times during the course of the day and was told she is busy each time. its a day later and still no call back.<br> In the interim i mailed YVettes to cancel the policy and advise that no money should be deducted as this is not what i agreed to. her words to me was that it has already been processed so i will be charged for one month. i told her that its not acceptable as i didnt agree to a weekly fee and her response was...well lets just wait and see what happens.<br> THIS IS ABSOULTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE.<br> How can I be charged for something that i didnt agree to.
