Refund Run Around

<p>I had an insurance policy with Infussion Financial (Adcorp) which i had requested to cancel on 11 August 2016. I had sent the cancellation request via email and did not receive any feedback nor acknowledgement of receipt of cancellation request. I then sent a follow up email on 30 August 2016 and Gloria Chamberlain (Office Manager) responded to my email informing me of 30 day cancellation notice. My policy was however not cancelled even after the manager had communicated and informed me that they were going to cancel the policy. I have been sending emails to Infussion from August 2016 to date. I was promised a refund and was told to send bank statements (which I did), the last email I received from Gloria was on 01 Dec 2016 but I have not received my money still. I have been very patient with this company even after they have pushed me from pillar to post. I just want this policy cancelled and get my money back THATS ALL.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
