Putrid customer service

Worst service ever. There ios no email contact information only the number ***. if you get through you only get *********** staff consistently who no nothing. what if this call relating to emergency services it will let you down. all I wanna do is cancel and get my last membership back because I have no faith in this service I am paying for. Stay away theres to much risk and financial loss. 6 years wasted.
