Ombudsman please look into such matters please

I started working at Metrofile (head Office) as Data Capture since 2018 but as contractor (KELLY& QUEST) there, at that time! So basically they place you where they get a project. So was at the Metrofile head Office. So the thing is you will employed by (Kelly & QUEST) to work for Metrofile , basically where Metrofile gets projects they place you. So you can't say No to an Opportunity. All the Data Capture where getting R1000 weekly at that time.

And remember ist not full time you are a Temp , they will call you jst for a week or two or a month i was never stopped because i worked had to reach a target so that i was not cut by management. So we worked until the was no work left for us which means we have done everything and they will tell you we will call u again when something comes up.

So I went to Lizzel she was one of our project manager at that time this was in 2019, I said to her Don't you have anywhere that you can place me because I don't want to sit home and my parents doesn't have money to take me to school. She said the is a place in Thabazimbi (Anglo-American Mine) but still as a Temp! Bare in mind I don't even know where Thabazimbi is. Fast forward to I worked there since 2019 not stop and still earning weekly. We were only stopped cz of Covid. In 2020 we were paid R1100 something weekly Fast forward to in 2022 i saw that there is still no change i rather leave the QUEST becauseno development i stayed for too long thinking somethingwould change i loved my Job. I left the company 30th of September 2022 i couldnt take it anymore! THERE PEOPLE OUT THERE WITH SAME PROBLEM AS MINE

PLEASE ALL THAT I AM ASKING IS CAN OUR GOVERNMENT LOOK INTO SUCH THINGS BCZ THEESE Companies are not fair and you stay working because u need the money.
