I work for a call center myself and i always try my best to provide the best services to our customer .When i called Adcorp groups last week to ask about my financial state with them i was transferred from one person to another and then the call was cut , i tried at least 5 times to contact them but i got no help what so ever. i personally feel that the people i was speaking to were wasting my time because instead of transferring me to all stupid departments the least that they could have done is provide me with a direct line that i would be able to contact and get the answers i need. this really messed . ever since i was moved from Kelly Agency to Quest agency "unwillingly", my life has been a mess
