********** and appalling company

My first interaction with this company was when I made a claim for my fathers funeral and they gave me the run around and then after weeks told me they can't pay as they forgot to deduct the premiums on sone months from my salary, then I claimed the income protector still even today after 9 months nothing from this company, they are taking advantage of customers . The bad service I've received is disgusting, is it my fault that they forgot to deduct, how compitent are they what must happen now, as is am in debt as I haven't been at work due to illness, have hospital bills am still getting irritating calls for loan payments for the money used to hurry my father. I want my benefits as agreed when I took out this insurance and should not be held responsible for your company incompetency.
