Employee payout nigthmare

I am doing this on behalf of my brother abongile mhlawuli who was employed by adcop blue company driving for the DSV company in eastlondon( ********** ) in the transportation dept.my brother worked for this company for years and late last year he started getting I'll end of last year he was diagnosed with kidney failure and was medically boarded by his doctor,he had to stop working due to his health that was detoriating ,its been over 6 months that he has not been paid out his provident fund or what ever was due to him.....currrently he is not working and is in and out of hospital in cape town,we are taking care if his medical bills and it has become a strain on us financially yet this person worked with no fail forthis company ..because he doesn't have the means for making calls and follow up on his payout I started calling the contact mos he gave me. FIrstly I call a company by the name of salt on ********** this company deals with different employer claims and disability grants I was informed that they couldn't any information regarding his payouts but they did confirm that there were outstanding documents from his company that submitted the claim...please bear in mind that this employee no longer has the money to go up and down following up o n outstanding documents that are needed,not for once was he contacted to say he needs to submit documents.....I was later given a no ********** (bophilo life) were i spoke to very helpfull Lady who informed me that Mr Mhlawulis claim was not with,it was confirmed at bophilo that his employer submited his claims on his behalf...a month went by and I called adcop Blu where I spoke to a very nice Lady by the name of Avela who informed that there was sumthng that was holding the claim back and would later refer me to a Wayne who is in management at Adco Blu,I spoke to him and he first said he was a not busy with payroll things and would call me back as I gave him my contact mos, I explained to him the situation my brother is in at the moment and he saw where came from assuring me he would look. Into the materr and get back to,i gave this guys 3 days no call received.I called him yesterday and to my surprise he didn't have my contact mos anymore assured me once again that he would call by close of business yesterday but he failed to so . I find this situation appauling as clearly no one cares about employee payouts life just goes on.my brother has been so patient wit this and he is dying a sloe death as he is not well,what must he do to get his payout must he die first than the parties involved in employee payouts than do somthing .This is not far at all as we are left to suffer in all of this,with his payout he could be getting the best care ever but no because of selfish negligent people he will die
