bad attitude from the agents

i have app**** for a salary advance on 01/12/215 and i was advised the turn around time is 24 hours i will get a call back of which i did not and when i called back the person i spoke to said no application done she will do it again i must and i waited i called back after 3 days and apparently there in a Christmas party and when i called back on the 4rth day still not done and i spoke to 2 ladies who promised they will call me back up until now i haven't got a call back i am not complaining about not getting the loan i am complaining about the poor service rendered to me its pathetic and its not the da first time this is happening to me
