Provident fund payout

I a former employee of lear corporation and was hired through adcorp blu, i left the company in May and submitted my provident fund forms in June, I have been waiting and keep calling Adcorp blu for an update, today I was given a number *** it's a apparently the company that is supposed to be paying me out my provident fund, I've been calling the number no one answers.
