Provident fund issue

They are refusing to give me my statement for Provident fund as i was with them for 17 months and when i request the statement from liberty they have only 12 months wich is last year only and and the amount of money is not the same and its no balancing because on my Adcorpblu payslip they have been deducting 150 per week but on liberty its another amount
