They dont do their jobs!!!
I have been a Adcap client for 5 months now.

Wesbank, one of my creditors called me due to no payment being received after Wesbank gave us a counter offer and I said to Jibsy that I accept. She said she has not heard from Wesbank again and that i should continue with my normal payments

A month later a manager from wesbank informed me that infact, they gave Adcap 60days to respond to the counter offer and that adcap failed to do so, thus leaving me now in the position to pay the full outstanding amount or they will come collect my car.

Since last week I have made non stop calls to Adcap, and to my surprise they never answer any phones
From andl Adcap client, trust me when I say DO NOT think about using their **** ********** services!!!

I have already started to contact the authorities so we can close this company
Good day Herma,
I refer to our telephonic conversation.
We received a counter offer from Wesbank in January and this was discussed with you. You only gave feedback to your Relationship Manager on 26/02/2016 that the counter offer can be accommodated and we immediately notified Wesbank thereof. The counter offer was therefore not accommodated within the required period.
As explained that your first payment towards your debt review, 01/10/2016 was not made which has a major effect on Wesbank's actions. You have however made a payment arrangement with our payments department and we request that you adhere to the arrangement made. It is very difficult to assist clients who's payments are not up to date.
We will continue to negotiate with Wesbank and should we receive a termination notice from them, we will apply for the account to be reinstated. Please ensure that your debt review payments are 100% up to date as soon as possible so that we can defend your case should Wesbank proceed to issue a summons.
