Poor service
I see a lot of complaints due to lack of service...well here is my story. after my previous debt counsellor has passed away Adcap was quick to contact me an promise a better service if they take debt over...well since then I have tried on numerous occasions to get all my settlement letters, change my details to the correct surname and get them to pay the correct accounts that are still outstanding!!! I only have 3 accounts left, but they only pay 2. <br> <br> this is of real concern as I would like to finish my debt counselling and start with a clean slate, but if this is the service I am going to get, what will happen when my accounts are paid up and I would like my name removed from the credit list as a debt counsel client.<br> <br> <br> <br>

I refer to our telephonic conversation.
I humbly apologise for the lack of service you feel you have received and ask for the opportunity to rectify the relationship.
As explained, after your previous debt counsellor passed away, all the consumers were transferred to us for further assistance. The NCR sent confirmation that all the consumers have been transferred to our DC number but unfortunately the creditors still have you registered under the previous DC number and this makes it very difficult, almost impossible to get any assistance and cooperation from the creditors.
I however confirm that all three remaining accounts have been loaded and will receive payment with the next distribution.
Paid up letters were e-mailed to you as you requested.
Our apologies for any inconvenience that has been caused.
