NO SERVICE
As the saying goes you cant complain about service because there is NONE! Have been having this non stop problem with them for a year now. No feedback but very quick to charge a service fee. This companys does not have any feedback time limit nor do they bother. Should have never listened to their lies!

Good day Mr. Stephan Venter,
Your Debt Review payment is currently in arrears for the month of December 2013. You made payment arrangements with Anna-Marie to catch up on the arrears amount, but did not adhere to your arrangement made. It's very important to keep Debt Review payments up to date as you have an obligation towards your Creditors to make strict monthly payments to them. If your Debt Review payments are in arrears we cannot attend to a creditor query as the Creditors are requesting for a statement as proof that the payments are up to date.
With regards to your last correspondence with Anna-Marie on the 10 February 2015 where you requested that your debit order date to be changed to the 15th, we need 6 working days to change a debit order date. It was not done as per your request as we did not have the required time. It was done this morning and Hyphen was informed of it and your debit order will be going off on 15 March 2015 as per your request.
