No returning my emails or phonecalls

Its been only been only a month since I have been on debt review so Im still a bit confused on some processes, so I need my relationship manager to answer some questions. BUT, she is never available and never returns emails or phonecalls. I know that I am the one who needs help so is that the reason for the bad service? my debit order went off on the 1st but my online profile says I am in arrears of R11k. our bond also went off after we had been notified they have been told we re on debt review (my husband and I), I needed to speak to Michelle about that as well, so we will know what to do. we need to find a place to stay and they will do a credit check, again, need to speak to our relationship manager who is never available. I have no idea what to do because the person we were promise \is going to make this process easy\" is making it very difficult as we have no one to answer questions. the lady I had initially spoken to called Tshidi, rep**** no later that COB, what is so hard for a relationship manager to do that? I called again today and spoke to a team leader who said she will tell michelle to call me. This is just depressing me more than my debt, so what's the point? "

Hello Mbaliekeswa,

Good day Mbali,

I refer to our telephonic conversation of earlier today.

We apologise for the delay in the response, Michelle was not at the office last week.

We have contacted FNB and we are arranging that the debit orders that were deducted be paid back to you. We will give you feedback regarding this matter as soon as we receive feedback and confirmation from FNB.

We did receive your payment and your payment status will be updated on the Consumer Portal and your payments will not reflect in arrears.

We have no objection against you entering into an Agreement of Lease as long as the agreement does not negatively affect your debt review and also that your budget allows for the monthly amount. We further confirm that there is no stipulation in the Act, Act 34 of 2005, prohibiting a consumer entering into a Lease Agreement.

We are here for the people we can help. We do what we do because we have a real passion for people in need and find it extremely rewarding to guide those in financial dire straits towards a workable solution.

We apologise for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your friendly response.

Regards,

Roxanne de Klerk
