No response from Relationship Manager
I hate sending a person emails and try to call yet she doesn't get bothered to respond. I have been sending Arnelda emails that I want to settle Capitec account and Capitec referred me to ADCAP for specific account details to pay account to sent numerous emails she doesn't follow up I requested for refund for debit that was taken on 15Dec and the bank charge me R100 as there was no cash. She addresses me as Mr and doesn't give a **** or call me back. Why are people from Polokwane helping me anyway as I am in Job please assign someone who knows what they are doing
