I'm currently under debt review and ADCAP is distributing the money to the creditors, now FBN HOUSING told me they have terminated the agreement they had with ADCAP but what I get from adcap and the bank they telling me different reasons and I'm struggling to get hold of my manager and I sent her emails several times but she's not responding to them just to put my mind at ease or to explain the process and I'm starting to panic and I'm thinking of making arrangements with the bank and wondering if I make arrangements with the bank my installment will also be reduced

Good day Mr. Dlamini,
I refer to our telephonic conversation this morning with regards to the termination received. Annette escalated the reinstatement request to Kagiso at FNB Termination department. She is the Manager there and will attend to it as a matter of urgency.
For background purposes: We received a termination letter from FNB on your Home Loan account on 18-11-2014. Our Termination department started working on the reinstatement request on 20-11-2014. Follow up was done on the progress of the reinstatement request on 13-01-2015 and 28-01-2015. On 29-01-2015 a Counter offer was received from the bank and you accommodated the counter in full. The bank was notified that you accommodated the counter and the new proposals were sent to them along with our letter informing them the counter was fully accommodated.
The bank was called again this morning to enquire how far they are with the reinstatement, and they informed us they are still busy working on it. We will follow up with them on a daily basis and I will keep you informed.
