LISTED ON ITC DEBT REVIEW 15 DAYS B4 PROPOSAL

I am absolutely disgusted with ADCAP...I can put down a list of names here including my relationship manager or one of them...HOW CAN A PERSON BE LISTED ON ITC OR ANY CREDIT BUREAU AS \ AS UNDER DEBT REVIEW\" when A consumer/customer has not even seen the exact proposal??? How is this allowed...Then you get the proposal (3rd November,17 days after being listed) and there you read that I will be under debt review until 2031???? what normal persons mind will accept 16 years of being under debt review??? You receive the proposal 17 days after being listed and the day after receiving this ridiculous proposal via email (and not a call from any single person at adcap to confirm receipt or NOTHING) It was a proposal shall I JUST mention again 'PROPOSAL\" AND NOTE THE FIGURES WERE EVEN WRONG ON SOME CREDITORS... The very next day Adcap decides that it is ok to send out a 17.2 Notice... to all my creditors which states my application was successful??? Are you joking? Only to my absolute surprise 3 months later do I actually realize I am under debt review yet all my creditors were paid besides one which i withdrew....."
