Incorrect balances

I have asked for months to be sent an updated balances from the creditors and nothing has been sent. I sold my house based on the amount that reflects on my statement only to find out we r in R90k arrears according to FNB now we need to pay for a short fall inorder to transfer our house to the new owners! On top of that i have emailed and no answer as the amount is gonna go to FNB housing again this month and the house is sold. Its a pitty the only way to get assistance is to go to hello peter. No reply on emails, no answer on phone calls. U have to literally BEG on your email to get a reply and still no reply. Im so fed up, i want to cancel and just pay the creditors directly, at least i will have control on my accounts and wont have to sit around and wait for assistance. You guys have made this debt review thing harder than having debt.
