im still waiting for a feedback but non

I would like know if adcap still waiting for a feedback from creditors ad said ,because its been a long time now and i dnt understand what is happening because on my consumer portal i could see that my relationship manager details changed from carien kilian to another,im not sure if there is a progress on my query,and please good people its just that i dont need any hicups at the end of my journy. Thanks
