debt review cancellation letter
Good Afternoon, I`m been asking time and again for Jackie Smith to sent me a cancellation letter, as my debt review is cancelled and me and my wife cant do anything at our bank without that letter. We need to remove the debt review states from our names, cause it was a useless waste of time and my wife is working and needs to get here name cleared as she has got no debt any longer and need to buy a car. Can somebody from that company that is competent enough, sent us a letter stating that the debt review is cancelled!, so that we can clear the debt review stated from our names at the credit bureau!!!!

22 Mar 2016, 15:01Hello Ettiene24,
Good day Ettiene,
Thank you for affording us the opportunity to assist.
We regret to inform you that Jackie Smith is no longer with ADCAP, and thus we would like to apologise for the absenteeism in response.
Unfortunately the withdrawal process is regulated by the National Credit Regulator. They have implemented new guidelines effective early 2015 in which there are only certain timeframes and under certain circumstances that a withdrawal letter can be issued to a client.
This is not a process implemented by us, and you are more than welcome to confirm same with the National Credit Regulator.
Due to your payments not being up to date, we suspended the provision of our service on 30 June 2015. Your credit status will thus still be flagged as under debt review. We can only change this status, if you can provide us with settlement letters from all your creditors stating that the accounts are settled.
Since we as debt counsellors are regulated by the National Credit Regulator, we have to adhere to their set guidelines at any point in time and we cannot change the guidelines.
