Clearance certificate delay
<p>I honestly don't understand how you people operate. It's been over a year now that I settled all my accounts but I still haven't received my clearance certificate yet. When I inquire all I get is excuses. Please refer me to someone with authority to complete this task as soon as possible. I'm seriously loosing job opportunities every month because my credit record is still not fixed... </p>

We understand your frustration but please keep in mind that we may not issue a Clearance Certificate if we have not received all the paid up letters from your credit providers and the delay was at the credit providers. We have however received all the paid up letters and your Clearance Certificate has been issued, your status at the NCR has also been updated accordingly.
I hereby confirm that all credit bureaux’s have been notified as well.
When going under debt counselling, certain individuals have faced a number of difficulties in the past with regards to employment opportunities.
