Clearance certificate

I did receive bad service from Marinda Calitz ,i seriously how you people ADCAP operate. It's been over week with no reply and i urgently need her assistance now that I settled all my accounts but I still haven't received my clearance certificate yet. When I inquire all I get is excuses. Please refer me to someone with authority to complete this task as soon as possible. I'm seriously loosing with my application for a house month because my credit record is still not fixed.
