Balances confusing

<p>Hi</p> <p>Firstly i would to thank you for responding to my first review,</p> <p>Secondly i would like to emphasise that ,if you look at my PDA statements from when i was starting the review process in 2013 ,my debt was decreasing according to creditors COB's but on the 2016 april was where the ballances increased and i just wish to know why because by that time my relation manager IVY Steenkamp gone and given another RM,so you can go into details with my file you will see when a confussio n started,just thouroughly check.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p>
